[A]1、a fifth time和the fifth time

不定冠詞與序數(shù)詞連用表示“再一次/個”；定冠詞與序數(shù)詞連用表示特指的“第幾次/個”。
When I finished speaking，a fifth stood up. 我結束后，又一人開始發(fā)言。（前面已有四人發(fā)言）（不用the）
She failed four times in the match，but she decided to try a fifth time. 她比賽中失敗了四次，但是她決定再試一次。（即第五次）
This is the fifth time that he has failed in the match. 這是他第五次在比賽中失敗了。
