43　all over，far and wide和here and there

① all over表示“遍及……”時(shí)，相當(dāng)于in every part of，后跟名詞;all over也可以單獨(dú)使用，為副詞短語(yǔ)，意為“到處，四處”。

They come from all over the world. 他們來(lái)自世界各地。

He has travelled all over the country. 他游遍了全國(guó)。

The flowers are all over the fields. 田野里到處都是花。

He's wet all over. 他渾身都濕透了。

He has looked for you all over. 他到處找你。

② far and wide和here and there也都表示“到處，四處”，但都是副詞短語(yǔ)，單獨(dú)使用，后面不可跟名詞。far and wide強(qiáng)調(diào)范圍的寬廣，here and there側(cè)重于這里，那里。

The news was known far and wide. 到處都知道這個(gè)消息。

I looked for my dictionary here and there，but I didn't find it. 我到處找我的那本詞典，但都找不到。
