① take…for表示“把……當(dāng)作”，其含義是“把……誤認(rèn)為是……”。

I took him for your brother. 我把他當(dāng)作你弟弟了。（其實(shí)不是）

Don't take him for a fool. 不要把他當(dāng)作傻子了。

② take…as表示“把……當(dāng)作”，但沒(méi)有“弄錯(cuò)”的意思。

He took the book as the best-seller in 2008. 他把這本書(shū)當(dāng)作2008年最暢銷(xiāo)書(shū)。

③ take…to be具有take…for和take…as的含義。

I took the picture to be the best drawn by her. 我認(rèn)為這幅畫(huà)是她畫(huà)得最好的。
