　　call for 要求，大喊（請(qǐng)求）

　　for 之后的部分就是需要叫喊或打電話的內(nèi)容。不要固定理解為 call for= demand，而是要根據(jù)具體的狀況理解。因?yàn)檫@還可以表達(dá)有人打電話找你 ( Some guy just called for you ) 。

　　例句：

　　Call for an ambulance. She is still alive.

　　叫救護(hù)車，她還有一口氣。

　　She already called for a consult.

　　她已經(jīng)申請(qǐng)咨詢了。

　　Did anybody call for security?

　　有人報(bào)警沒(méi)？

　　He called for help yesterday.

　　他昨天請(qǐng)求幫助了。
