首先，什么是White House Correspondents' Dinner?
白宮記者協(xié)會(huì)WHCA(White House Correspondents' Association)，成立于1914年，由各大媒體專門負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)道白宮和總統(tǒng)新聞的記者們組成。
自1920年起，白宮記者協(xié)會(huì)在每年4月的最后一個(gè)星期六舉行晚宴活動(dòng)。

“Material”這里的意識(shí)是內(nèi)容。奧馬巴說如果這次演講內(nèi)容受歡迎，那明年我就拿到投行Goldman Sachs(高盛)去演講了。
