我們都要明白一個道理：付出不一定有回報，但一定有收獲！今天的節(jié)目就要來說說付出和收獲的相關(guān)英語。

01.Motto
大家最常聽到的關(guān)于付出和收獲的格言應(yīng)該是：
No pain no gain. 一分耕耘，一分收獲。
今天和大家分享兩句和“reap”（收獲）有關(guān)的：
Reap the benefits of your labor. 不勞無獲。
You reap what you sow. 善有善報，惡有惡報。
在歌詞中我們也能常常聽到類似的格言：
You only get what you give
The love you take is equal to the love you make.
這些格言都在說付出和收獲的相關(guān)性，It's all about give and take 。

02.付出
首先最簡單的說法是：
Put in something: 付出...
Put in hard work: 付出努力
Put in your blood, sweat, and tears: 付出心血
有時候想要收獲，就要付出所有：
Give it your all: 用盡全力
除此之外，還有三組比較formal的說法：
Apply yourself
Dedicate yourself
Commit yourself
“Apply”不能用在relationship中，一般用于學(xué)習(xí)工作：
You need to apply yourself. 你需要努力。
“Dedicate”則可以應(yīng)用在生活中的方方面面：
Dedicate yourself to your job. 在工作中奉獻。
Dedicated father: 任勞任怨的父親
最后一個詞“commit“也有奉獻的意思：
Commit yourself to do: 致力于...

03.收獲
上面說了那么多“付出”，接下來我們來說“收獲”：
Gain: 收獲
Gain experience/knowledge/wisdom: 收獲經(jīng)驗/知識/智慧
I gained a lot. 我收獲很多
接下來這個詞跟“回報”比較有關(guān)系：
Return: 回報
ROI=Return on Investment: 投資回報率
說到回報，"rewards"也很常用：
Rewards: 獎勵/回報
Rewards card: 獎勵卡
還有一個以“re”開頭的詞，大家應(yīng)該很熟悉：
Results: 結(jié)果
Test results: 考試成績
最后這個詞多指在商業(yè)中的回報：
Yield: 收益
Higher-rate deposit accounts yield good returns. 高利率的存款會產(chǎn)生豐厚的收益。
