外國(guó)人會(huì)用Year end表示年底嗎？年會(huì)的英語(yǔ)怎么說(shuō)？今天的節(jié)目學(xué)點(diǎn)年底應(yīng)景的。
01.The end of the year
英語(yǔ)中“年底”比較常用的正式說(shuō)法：
The end of the year: 年底
注意兩個(gè)the的發(fā)音不一樣，在元音前讀作/eɪ/，輔音前讀作/eə/。
更口語(yǔ)的說(shuō)法：
Year end: 年底
The party is usually held a few weeks after the year end. 那個(gè)派對(duì)經(jīng)常在年底過(guò)后幾個(gè)星期舉辦。
02.Reached the end of the year
如果想說(shuō)“到年底了”可以用這些動(dòng)詞：
Reach: vt.到達(dá)，抵達(dá)
Reached the end of the year: 到年底了
Reach表示到達(dá)了某個(gè)地方，某種程度：
I've reached the destination. 我到達(dá)了目的地。
Finally, we've reached the end of the movie. 我們終于把電影看完了。
和reach含義類似的：
Arrived at: 到達(dá)
We've arrived at the end of the year. 已經(jīng)到年底了。
另一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的動(dòng)詞詞組 come to：
We've come to the end of the year. 已經(jīng)到年底了。
因?yàn)槭乾F(xiàn)在已經(jīng)完成的狀態(tài)（已經(jīng)處于年底），所以用到了現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)。
這三個(gè)動(dòng)詞用法很形象地描述了“抵達(dá)年底”的概念，如果你想更 casual 一點(diǎn)，也可以直接用介詞 at：
We are at the end of the year. （我們）到了一年的年底。
也可以換一個(gè)說(shuō)法，用今年做主語(yǔ)：
The year is coming to an end. 今年就快結(jié)束了。
03.Year end bonus
說(shuō)到年底，大家可能更喜歡的是年底的年會(huì)、獎(jiǎng)金！
很多人會(huì)按照字面意思，把年會(huì)直譯為“Annual meeting”“Annual party”但其實(shí) Annual 表示“每年”的概念，可能是年初、年中、年末任意時(shí)間，而年會(huì)通常都在年底比較固定的時(shí)間舉辦，所以更準(zhǔn)確的英文表達(dá)是：
End of the year party: 年會(huì)
更簡(jiǎn)短的說(shuō)法：
End of year party
Year end party
年終獎(jiǎng)可以說(shuō) End of the year bonus ，但相比之下國(guó)外的HR更喜歡用：
Year end bonus: 年終獎(jiǎng)
或者在語(yǔ)境下更直接地用 bonus 來(lái)討論。
拿到年終獎(jiǎng)之后，就能開始買買買了：

04.Inspirational quotes

05.End of the day
其實(shí) end of the year 這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)還可以替換成其它時(shí)間概念：
End of the day/week/month: 一天結(jié)束/一周結(jié)束/月底
怎么用：
I need this by the end of the day. 今晚之前交給我。
It can be stressful when your bills start piling up at the end of the month. 月底時(shí)各種賬單堆積，讓人壓力很大。
