就我的脾氣而言，我的任務(wù)艱巨，我曉得你們必定傷心痛苦。

Yet must I bow and obey, and deliver the will of our monarch;

然而我必須屈膝服從，傳達(dá)主上的旨意;

Namely, that all your lands, and dwellings, and cattle of all kinds forfeited be to the crown;

就是說(shuō)你們所有被抄沒(méi)的土地，房舍和牲畜都要?dú)w于王權(quán);

and that you yourselves from this province be transported to other lands.

從這個(gè)行省來(lái)的你們要轉(zhuǎn)到他地。

God grant you may dwell there ever as faithful subjects, a happy and peaceable people!

So on the hearts of the people descended the words of the speaker.

喇叭里有幾句話說(shuō)到人們心坎。

Silent a moment, they stood in speechless wonder, and then rose louder and ever louder a wail of sorrow and anger,

在無(wú)語(yǔ)的驚詫中人們默默站了一會(huì)兒，然后哀號(hào)和憤怒聲越來(lái)越大，
