當(dāng)你打心底里明白，你有自己想做的事，并且我相信，我們所有人都是有追求的，我們所有人都有自己的使命，我們所有人都有優(yōu)秀的品質(zhì)，它賦予我們一個(gè)責(zé)任，那就是，我們必須證明自己的優(yōu)秀，在這個(gè)時(shí)候，你就有可能并且有必要擁有自己的夢(mèng)想。你必須心懷夢(mèng)想，你必須為夢(mèng)想付出努力，你必須提高自己，你必須追求這世間真正屬于你的東西。
Every single day when you wake up, you'd better be spending time on your dream. You’d better be spending time. You ain't got time to waste. It is a sense of urgency. It's character. Who you are. It's not the title that makes you. It's not the success that makes you. The character defines success, defines the fame, and it starts right there. They won in thousands of hours in the training room. The laps. The 5 a.m. runs. And when it's raining. And when everyone else is sleeping. That's when. It's 1:00.

In the heart of a champion is a light switch that's always on. It doesn't go on and off when someone's watching. It's constant. It's how you look at something. If your name is attached to it, then you do it right the best of your ability every single time. And the problem of some of you is that you want somebody else to support your dream. It's yours. I don't owe you a dime. It's your dream. If you want it to happen, get your butt up. And make it happen if you want it to happen, rise and grind.
在冠軍的心中有一盞永不熄滅的燈，它不會(huì)因?yàn)樗说年P(guān)注而受影響。它是常亮的。這跟你看待事物的方式有關(guān)。如果事情與你密切相關(guān)，那么你每次都會(huì)付出百分百的努力。你們有些人的問(wèn)題，在于你想讓別人來(lái)支持你的夢(mèng)想。但，夢(mèng)想是你的。沒(méi)有人欠你什么。這是你的夢(mèng)想。如果你想它成真，你就馬上行動(dòng)。如果你想實(shí)現(xiàn)它，立刻站起來(lái)，去磨煉自己。
That if you want a thing bad enough, that you will go out and fight for it, to work day and night for it, to give up your time, your peace, and your sleep for it. If all that you dream and scheme is about it, and life seems useless and worthless without it, and if you gladly sweat for it, fret for it and plan for it, and lose all your terror of the opposition for it, and if you simply go after that thing that you want with all of your capacity, strength and sagacity, faith, hope and confidence and stern pertinacity. If neither cold poverty, famished and gaunt sickness, or pain of body and brain can keep you away from the thing that you want, now that that's the thing called life. It's that.
如果你真的很想擁有一個(gè)東西，你就會(huì)用盡全力去爭(zhēng)取它，廢寢忘食地付出，一切都是為了它。如果你夢(mèng)想著擁有它，你的生活里全是它，沒(méi)有它你就感覺(jué)生命毫無(wú)意義，如果你因?yàn)樗械酵床⒖鞓?lè)著，做出自己的規(guī)劃，克服你對(duì)那些反對(duì)的聲音的恐懼，如果你就這樣認(rèn)真地追逐它，你使出全部的能力、長(zhǎng)處、智慧、信念、希望、自信、不顧一切的執(zhí)著，如果連無(wú)情的貧窮、饑寒交迫的困窘、身體和心靈遭受的折磨都不能阻擋你追逐你的夢(mèng)想，那么，沒(méi)錯(cuò)，這就是我們說(shuō)的生命力。
It's always changing. Sometimes you're up. Sometimes you're down. I can tell you now. Be aware of that. Things are not gonna work out exactly right. Sometimes they will. Sometimes. And that's when life is just playing a game with you. I don't care how good you are. I don't care how talented you are. I don't care how much you work on yourself. There are some times that things just aren't going right. They just are not going to go right. And there are times when anything can happen, will happen. But during those down moments, that's where the growth takes place. What's where the work is.
變化從未停止。有時(shí)你在高峰，有時(shí)你在低谷?，F(xiàn)在我就可以告訴你這點(diǎn)。你要記住它。事情總不會(huì)一帆風(fēng)順。有時(shí)候確實(shí)會(huì)很順利，但也只是有時(shí)而已，這種時(shí)候命運(yùn)只是在跟你開(kāi)玩笑罷了。我不在乎你有多優(yōu)秀，我不在乎你有多天賦異稟，我不在乎你為了提升自己付出了多少努力。有時(shí)候，事情就是不順利，它們就是不如你意。而且，很多時(shí)候，什么都可能發(fā)生，什么都會(huì)發(fā)生。但是，人們正是在這樣的低迷時(shí)期獲得成長(zhǎng)和進(jìn)步。這就是你的努力獲得回報(bào)的時(shí)候。
See anybody can feel good when they have their health. Their bills are paid. And they have happy relationships. Anybody can be positive then. Anybody can have a larger vision then. Anybody can have faith under those kind of circumstances. See, what the real challenge, the real challenge of growth mentally, emotionally and spiritually comes when you get knocked down. That some of you in your life, the reason why you're not blowing up, the reason why you're not successful: you've not learned from the past. You think just because this opportunity is for you. And not every opportunity is for you. All of us have experienced some tragedy. If we haven't, we will. And you can let it destroy your life. Or you can build upon it. You can commit to let you hold you down. Or you can decide I'm not going to let that happen to me. I'm bigger than this.
你看，如果擁有健康，任何人都會(huì)感到愉快。沒(méi)有債務(wù)負(fù)擔(dān)，感情也很和諧，那么任何人都會(huì)積極向上，任何人都能眼界開(kāi)闊。在這樣的情況下，任何人都會(huì)擁有信念。你看，真正的挑戰(zhàn)是什么？當(dāng)你被打倒的時(shí)候，真正的心理上、情感上、精神上的挑戰(zhàn)就會(huì)襲來(lái)。對(duì)于你們有的人而言，你沒(méi)能進(jìn)取、沒(méi)能成功，是因?yàn)槟銢](méi)有從過(guò)去吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)。你理所當(dāng)然地認(rèn)為這機(jī)會(huì)就是專屬于你的。然而并不，并不是每個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)都是為你準(zhǔn)備的。我們所有人都曾經(jīng)歷很糟糕的事。就算我們還沒(méi)有經(jīng)歷過(guò)，日后遲早也是會(huì)遇到的。你可以就這樣讓它摧毀你的生活，你也可以借此成長(zhǎng)。你可以妥協(xié)，讓它把你打倒，你也可以果敢地說(shuō)，我不會(huì)讓它打倒我，我比它強(qiáng)多了！
It's not going to be easy. When you want to change, it's not easy. If it were, in fact easy everybody would have done it. But if you're serious, you go all out. We all fall down in life. The question is who gets back up. Forgive and grow. You're about to separate yourself from the path. And you're about to be on top. If you want to begin to move into your own personal greatness, you've got to be willing to go against the tide. You've got to be willing to harness your will and say, in spite of this, I'm in control here. I'm not gonna let this get me down. I'm not gonna let this destroy me.
這不是一件容易的事。你想要做出改變，這不容易。事實(shí)上，如果這很容易，那么每個(gè)人都做得到。但是，如果你足夠認(rèn)真，那你就會(huì)竭盡全力。在生活中，我們都會(huì)栽跟頭。重要的是要能重新站起來(lái)。去釋懷，去成長(zhǎng)。你將要自己走另一條路。你將會(huì)登上高峰。如果你想證明自己的能力，那你就要勇于逆流而上。你要利用自己的意志，向世界宣告，雖然眼前困難重重，但我終將駕馭一切。我不會(huì)讓它將我打倒。我不會(huì)讓它毀了我。
It's not your circumstances or your situations that determine if you're going to be successful or not. I've been telling you that that is your mindset. It's the way you see it. It's the way you think it. Your mind is the battleground. Touch somebody and tell them the enemy is after your mind. The enemy is out to worry you to death, out to stress you to death, out to break you down, out to make you quit, out to make you think that you can't get up, out to make you give up on your dreams.
你的條件或者你的處境并不能決定你是否會(huì)成功。我一直在跟你說(shuō)，你的心態(tài)才是決定性因素。你怎么看待一切，你對(duì)事情的看法，這才是最關(guān)鍵的。你的頭腦就是一片戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。去告訴別人，你的敵人就在你的心里。這個(gè)敵人讓你感到極度憂慮，給你施加巨大的壓力，它要打倒你，要讓你退縮，要讓你認(rèn)為自己再也不能重振旗鼓，要讓你放棄你的理想。
The warfare is in your mind. It's not on your checkbook. And it's not in your savings account. It's not on your job. The fight that you've got to fight is in your mind. And if you whip it in your head, you can whip it in your checkbook. You can whip it on your job. You can whip it out of your children. But you got to drive it out of your head first. I'm coming back. And I'll be stronger and better because of it. You have got to make this declaration that this is what you stand for. Standing up for peace of mind.
真正的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)就在你的心里。它和你的支票本無(wú)關(guān)，和你的銀行賬戶無(wú)關(guān)，和你的工作無(wú)關(guān)。你要去迎接的戰(zhàn)斗，就在你的心里。如果你能打贏這場(chǎng)仗，你就能擺脫財(cái)務(wù)上的壓力，你就能掃清事業(yè)上的障礙，你就能讓你的孩子免受這樣的折磨。但是，你首先要在你心里的這場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)斗中取得勝利。我凱旋而歸，這場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)斗使我變得更加強(qiáng)大。你要向全世界宣布這一點(diǎn)，這是你的立場(chǎng)。你要誓死保衛(wèi)這難得的內(nèi)心的平靜。
You're standing up for health. You're standing up for your dreams. You want it and you're going to go all out to have it. Let it go and begin to focus on developing yourself. And I say to you. You're gonna have people that do things to you. Things are gonna happen to you. And the most important thing to do is to harness your will and let it go and move, so you can grow, so you can get on with your life. In the end it doesn't matter what happens to you. what matters is what are you going to do about it.
你將會(huì)為健康而戰(zhàn)，你將會(huì)為夢(mèng)想而戰(zhàn)。你想擁有它，你會(huì)為了它全力以赴。放下過(guò)去，專注于提升自己。我要告訴你，人們會(huì)向你伸出援手。好事會(huì)在你身上發(fā)生。最重要的，是要磨煉心智，對(duì)過(guò)去釋懷，往前走，這樣你才能成長(zhǎng)，這樣你才能讓生活變得更好。最終，你會(huì)明白，重要的不是發(fā)生了什么，而是你如何去應(yīng)對(duì)。
