有時(shí)我們需要表達(dá)歉意，往往是因?yàn)樽约鹤鲞^某件事、沒有去做某件事或者沒能夠去做某件事。道歉應(yīng)該是真誠的，而且應(yīng)該強(qiáng)調(diào)是你自己的過錯(cuò)，或者解釋你沒能夠去做某事的原因。你應(yīng)該：

1.道歉。

2.解釋發(fā)生了的事情。

3.保證將來不會再發(fā)生了。

4.最后，再次道歉。

Formal正式的
