每個人或多或少都需要一些鼓勵。當(dāng)一個人意志消沉或情緒低落時，一封能給他激勵的信可能正是他所需要的。在信中你應(yīng)該：

1.承認(rèn)不利因素的存在。

2.明確不利因素或問題是什么。

3.告訴他你認(rèn)為這些困難可以克服。

4.提出克服困難的方法。
