不論在工作中還是在日常生活中，有效轉(zhuǎn)述信息的技巧（skill）都有著非常重要的意義。清晰無(wú)誤地轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)信息并且渴望與人共享是正確轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)的前提。

轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)信息時(shí)，首先要向?qū)Ψ秸f(shuō)明信息的來(lái)源。

☉Let me share the message I received from headquarters.

我告訴你一條從總部那里得到的信息。

據(jù)我所知……

方式

根據(jù)溝通的目的（purpose）、信息的緊迫性（urgency）和聽(tīng)眾的傾向性來(lái)決定轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)信息的方式。

我知道這個(gè)信息對(duì)你來(lái)說(shuō)有些難以接受，但是我必須讓你知道，有人告知我……

☉I’m sure everyone will be happy to hear the news I received from the boss that……

語(yǔ)言

減少聽(tīng)眾的理解障礙（minimize barriers），盡量使用平實(shí)（simple language）準(zhǔn)確的語(yǔ)言。

哈里斯先生明確地告訴我，項(xiàng)目時(shí)限是從今天開(kāi)始算的兩周時(shí)間。
