當(dāng)眾講話，緊張（nervous）是無可厚非的。即便心里七上八下、忐忑不安（the butterflies flying around in your stomach），如果能牢記如下環(huán)節(jié)，你仍然可以讓自信洋溢周身。

問候聽眾

講話開始時(shí)先問候聽眾，然后自報(bào)家門；聲音洪亮清晰，讓聽眾耳目一新（greet your audience）。如果聽眾中有人對(duì)你還不是很了解，可以再簡(jiǎn)單自我介紹一下。但如果有人已經(jīng)介紹過你了，這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)就可以省略。

你需要讓聽眾了解你有什么資格（qualified）來談?wù)撨@個(gè)題目。不要以大篇幅介紹你的簡(jiǎn)歷，更不要吹噓自己（brag about yourself），而要提及在該題目研究上你的資歷憑證（your credential）和相關(guān)經(jīng)歷，幾句話就行。如果某人在此之前已經(jīng)介紹了你的背景，此環(huán)節(jié)可以省略。
