在做會議記錄時不需每字必記,而應(yīng)該以摘要形式記下主要內(nèi)容;另外,若有提案的話,應(yīng)清楚地記下與會人員的名字以及投票結(jié)果。
會議記錄應(yīng)簡潔清楚,客觀中立,項目次序跟議程相同。
會議記錄通常有兩種形式,一種是記敘性的,即與會者的發(fā)言,分別逐個記錄下來;另一種是由記錄員把會上討論處理的問題整理成條目記錄下來。
一般說來,會議記錄包括:開會時間、地點、出席人員、缺席人員、會議主持人、記錄人、會議目的、討論內(nèi)容、發(fā)言情況、提案以及決議等,最后應(yīng)記下散會時間。

copy,duplicate,reproduce和replicate都有復(fù)制的意思
copy v.to make something that looks exactly like something else復(fù)制,復(fù)印。只是強調(diào)內(nèi)容而不注重形式和外表的一致

duplicate v.to copy something exactly復(fù)制,復(fù)寫,復(fù)印。主要從內(nèi)容和外表完全相同的復(fù)制,更注重形式和外表的一致

A:It is for the notes and amendments.
B:You are so helpful. Thanks very much.

A:What a pity! Have you handed in my report to them?
B:Yes, I did. Also, here are all the reports and materials handed out in the meeting. I think you will have to do some replies.
A:Thank you, Judy.

shake the dust off one's feet表示“憤然離去,毫不留戀地離開”。該習語來自《圣經(jīng)·新約·馬太福音》第10章第14節(jié),耶穌告誡門徒說:“凡不接待你們,不聽你們的話的人,你們離開那家或是那城的時候,就抖掉腳本上的塵土?!崩纾篐e had been so unhappy there that he finally shook the dust off his feet.(他在那里一直很不愉快,最后毫不留戀地離開了。)
After twenty years of misery, I finally shook the dust off my feet and looked for a new job in another city.
