Some people believe that scientific discoveries have given us a much better understanding of the world around us. Others believe that science has revealed to us that the world is infinitely more complex than we ever realized.

Write a response in which you discuss which view more closely aligns with your own position and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should address both of the views presented.

（5）我們所了解的世界是穩(wěn)定不變的嗎？如果不是，將會(huì)如何影響你對(duì)于原命題的判斷？

我絕對(duì)不反對(duì)獲取更多的知識(shí)。事實(shí)上，我試圖通過(guò)每天讀報(bào)紙并在必要的時(shí)候讀書(shū)來(lái)讓自己跟上時(shí)代。但是，我知道得越多，就越覺(jué)得無(wú)知。這個(gè)在我年少時(shí)曾經(jīng)看起來(lái)如此簡(jiǎn)單的世界，現(xiàn)在卻太過(guò)復(fù)雜以至于無(wú)法完全理解。

I'm definitely not averse to acquiring more knowledge. In fact, I try to keep myself up to date by reading newspaper every day and by reading books when necessary. However, the more I know, the more I feel ignorant. The world, which used to seem so simple when I was young, is now too complicated for me to understand totally.
