33　in time, on time和at this time of

1　in time 表示“及時(shí)”，指來得及趕上一定的時(shí)候；還表示“遲早，總有一天”。on time 表示“按時(shí)，準(zhǔn)時(shí)”，指按照原來已定的時(shí)間不耽誤。

The plane took off on time . 飛機(jī)準(zhǔn)時(shí)起飛。

I was just in time for the bus. 我正好趕上了那輛班車。

Don't worry, I'm sure things will get better in time . 不用擔(dān)心，情況肯定遲早會(huì)好轉(zhuǎn)的。

She watered the flowers in time . 她及時(shí)給花澆了水 。（花才沒有受旱 ）

She watered the flowers on time . 她按時(shí)給花澆水 。（如：每天上午10點(diǎn) ）

2　at this time of 意為“在……的時(shí)候”，后跟day, night, spring等。

He is in office at this time of day. 白天這個(gè)時(shí)候他在上班。

She is still at work at this time of night. 夜里這個(gè)時(shí)候她還在工作。

Flowers are all open at this time of spring. 春天這個(gè)時(shí)候花都開了。

It is very cold at this time of winter. 冬天這個(gè)時(shí)候很冷。

在下面的短語中，不用of: at this time last week （上周這個(gè)時(shí)候），at this time next month （下個(gè)月這個(gè)時(shí)候），at this time tomorrow （明天這個(gè)時(shí)候）。
