1　always 強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)作的重復(fù)，常用于一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)中。

I always get up at five in the morning. 我總是早晨5點(diǎn)鐘起床。

He always thinks himself more clever than others. 他總是認(rèn)為自己比別人聰明。

2　all the time 強(qiáng)調(diào)連續(xù)性，表示自始至終，常放在句尾。

The girls were singing and dancing all the time at the party. 晚會(huì)上，女孩子們一直跳呀，唱呀。
