471　see的用法以及“看”的不同說法

1　see 是及物動(dòng)詞。

（1）表示“看見，看到”。結(jié)構(gòu)為：

see sb./ sth.

see sb. do sth.

see sb. doing sth.

Can you see the bird in the tree? 你能看見樹上的鳥嗎？

He saw some girls dancing. 他看見一些女孩在跳舞。

（2）表示“領(lǐng)會(huì)，明白”。結(jié)構(gòu)為：

see+that從句

see+what等從句

She saw that she was wrong. 她明白自己錯(cuò)了。

A: Do you see what he means? 你明白他的意思嗎 ?

B: Yes, I do. 是的，我明白 。

（3）表示“想一想，考慮一下”。

Let me see what to say to her. 讓我想一想對(duì)她說什么。

（4） see a/the doctor表示“看醫(yī)生”，這里的“看”意為“拜訪，拜見”。

Since you're ill, you'd better go and see a doctor . 既然你病了，最好去看看醫(yī)生。

I want to see the doctor about my cough. 我想去找醫(yī)生治治咳嗽。

（5） see sb. off表示“送別”。

I went to the station to see her off . 我去車站為她送行。

2　漢語中的“看”，要根據(jù)具體含義用相應(yīng)的英語詞匯表示，不可都譯為see 。

看電視→watch TV

看報(bào)紙→read newspapers

看小孩→look after a child

看起來像→look like
