“有房也租房”漸成潮流

丁丁租房近日發(fā)布《2015北京租房生活報告》稱，北京租房人口已經(jīng)達到700萬，占北京常住人口的三成。令人意外的是，租客中竟然以北京籍最多。

先來看看《2015北京租房生活報告》：

Seven million people in Beijing-about a third of the population, or the equivalent of Hong Kong-rented their homes last year, a recent report said.

最新報告稱，去年北京租房人口已經(jīng)達到700萬，占北京常住人口的三成。這相當于香港的人口總數(shù)。

Half the renters are under 30, while 17 percent are over 41.

其中，半數(shù)租客年齡在30歲以下，還有17%的租客年齡超過41歲。

Those with a Beijing hukou, or household registration, account for 18 percent of the renters.

在這三成租客中，擁有北京戶口的人占到18%。

很多上班族選擇以房養(yǎng)房的方式，來調(diào)整自己的通勤時間。所謂“以房養(yǎng)房”，即將自己的房子租出去，選擇距單位更近的區(qū)域或其他地區(qū)租房居住。在他們看來，兩頭租房，不但滿足了需求，支出也不大。這群人被稱為“雙租族”。還有些人并未將自己的住房出租，而是用于過周末，過起了“雙房生活”。

Some of the renters have their own property in Beijing but choose to live in the rented places for various reasons, including proximity to a school for a child, saving commuting time to the workplace or for economic reasons, it said.

報告稱，一些租客在北京有自己的房產(chǎn)，但出于多種原因出去租房住，比如為了孩子上學近，節(jié)省通勤時間，或者經(jīng)濟原因。

According to a study by Beijing Normal University, the average daily commute for residents in Beijing in 2015 lasted 97 minutes, the longest in the country.

根據(jù)北京師范大學的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)，2015年北京上班族每天的通勤時間全國最高，達到97分鐘。

除了節(jié)省時間，“雙租族”將自己的住房租出去，有時也是為了省錢還月供(monthly mortgage payment)。
