調研報告格式

　　調研報告的核心是實事求是地反映和分析客觀事實。

　　對某一情況、某一事件、某一經(jīng)驗或問題，經(jīng)過在實踐中對其客觀實際情況的調查了解，將調查了解到的全部情況和材料進行“去粗取精、去偽存真、由此及彼、由表及里”的分析研究，揭示出本質，尋找出規(guī)律，總結出經(jīng)驗，最后以書面形式陳述出來，這就是調研報告。

　　調研報告的核心是實事求是地反映和分析客觀事實。調研報告主要包括兩個部分：一是調查，二是研究。調查，應該深入實際，準確地反映客觀事實，不憑主觀想象，按事物的本來面目了解事物，詳細地占有材料。研究，即在掌握客觀事實的基礎上，認真分析，透徹地揭示事物的本質。至于對策，調研報告中可以提出一些看法，但不是主要的。因為，對策的制定是一個深入的、復雜的、綜合的研究過程，調研報告提出的對策是否被采納，能否上升到政策，應該經(jīng)過政策預評估。
