溫總理成2010全球最受關(guān)注領(lǐng)袖

從事國(guó)際政治危機(jī)分析的美國(guó)智庫(kù)“歐亞集團(tuán)”20日評(píng)選了2010年最值得關(guān)注的全球十大領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，中國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院總理溫家寶排名第一，緊隨其后的是美國(guó)總統(tǒng)奧巴馬。該組織指出，溫家寶總理是帶領(lǐng)中國(guó)走過(guò)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)最艱難時(shí)期的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，現(xiàn)在他面臨著同樣艱巨的任務(wù)：從刺激經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)向控制通貨膨脹和防止資產(chǎn)泡沫。“歐亞集團(tuán)”認(rèn)為，溫家寶在實(shí)施中國(guó)第12個(gè)“五年計(jì)劃”經(jīng)濟(jì)藍(lán)圖中起到關(guān)鍵作用。對(duì)于美國(guó)總統(tǒng)奧巴馬，從上任以來(lái)，他都一直是國(guó)際政壇上最受關(guān)注的領(lǐng)袖之一。在此次排名中，“歐亞集團(tuán)”認(rèn)為其關(guān)注度僅次于溫總理。在2010年，中美關(guān)系、伊拉克撤軍問(wèn)題、阿富汗問(wèn)題以及美國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)安全問(wèn)題都將讓奧巴馬費(fèi)心思。

　　Premier Wen Jiabao is the mostinfluential leader shaping global politics in 2010, a leading thinktank said in a report released on Wednesday。

　　The New York-based Eurasia Groupattributed Wen's ranking to his success in guiding China through theworst of the economic crisis last year。

　　Wen is followed on the "Leaders toWatch in 2010" list by US President Barack Obama; Ichiro Ozawa, former president of the Democratic Party of Japan; David Cameron, leader ofBritain's opposition Conservative Party; Brazilian President LuizInacio Lula da Silva; former Iranian president Ali Akbar HashemiRafsanjani; Pakistani Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Kayani;Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin; Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed alNahyan, president of the United Arab Emirates; and Olli Rehn, European Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs。

　　Eurasia noted that Wen now faces thechallenges of shifting policy from stimulating the economy tocontaining inflation and preventing asset bubbles。

　　It said Wen, together withVice-Premier Li Keqiang, will be instrumental in shaping the 12thFive-Year Plan, China's economic development blueprint through 2015.

　　Scholars said Eurasia's report, tosome extent, reflects public opinion in Western countries, where peopleare most concerned about the economic crisis。

　　Fu Mengzi, a researcher on Americanstudies at the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations,said: "The rating shows the world's acknowledgment of China's strengthand position as well as the expectation of the nation's further activeengagement in pushing forward economic development."

　　He added that no matter what hope theoutside world pins on Beijing, the country will follow its own economic development plan at its own pace。

　　The report also said this year maydefine the presidency of Obama as he faces diminished approval ratings,high unemployment, a massive deficit, and poor prospects for the Democratic Party in mid-term elections in November。

　　It pointed out that Washington'sincreasing tension with Beijing, a complicated withdrawal from Iraq,the challenge of securing Afghanistan, and renewed concern for domesticsafety will keep Obama engaged on security and foreign policy issues。
