Buying high-priced rice is not a common practice among Chinese tourists in Japan. A lot of tourists buy the rice as gifts for friends or relatives, and it is natural for them to buy some local specialties. The issue should not be exaggerated and associated with food security. Personally, I won't eat Japanese beef, rice and vegetables.

中國游客到日本購買高價(jià)大米并非大眾行為。國人購買一些當(dāng)?shù)靥厣匪徒o親朋好友很自然，不必提升到食品安全高度進(jìn)行討論。個(gè)人而言，我不會(huì)吃日本的牛肉大米蔬菜。

Teachers' Day, which falls on Sept 10, has no historical roots and so cannot embody the cultural essence of Chinese educational traditions. The educational philosophy and methods of Confucius shed light on the current educational reform, so I suggest the day be changed to Confucius' birthday, Sept 28.

9月10日的教師節(jié)缺乏必要的歷史意蘊(yùn)，無法彰顯中國教育傳統(tǒng)的文化內(nèi)涵。而孔子的教育理念和教學(xué)方法在很大程度上可以代表當(dāng)今教學(xué)改革的方向。建議將教師節(jié)改期到孔子誕辰日，即9月28日。

It is not that I drew a line between Ling Jihua and me after he was removed from the office. We're not relatives, not even distant relatives, and not from the same village. Back in the 1990s, I was in a higher position than him, and Hong Kong media reports said he was promoted because he was my younger brother. Later on, he became a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and the reports said that I got my position because I was his younger brother. To be honest, he was still pursuing his master's degree when I was the vice-minister of labor.

不是說現(xiàn)在令計(jì)劃出問題了，我和他撇清關(guān)系。令計(jì)劃既不是我的近親也不是遠(yuǎn)親，也不是一個(gè)村的。過去，90年代初，我的職位比令計(jì)劃高，香港媒體報(bào)道說令計(jì)劃是我弟弟，有當(dāng)時(shí)的職位是沾了我的光。后來令計(jì)劃官做大了，進(jìn)了中央政治局，而我到了審計(jì)署任職，又報(bào)道說我是他弟弟，我沾他的光了。說老實(shí)話，我做勞動(dòng)部副部長的時(shí)候，他還在上學(xué)讀研究生呢。
