北京將在五年內(nèi)建成3.5環(huán) 為三四環(huán)減壓

　　Beijing will build a 3.5 ring road between the existing3rd and 4th rings in five years to ease trafficpressure, according to a recent report ontransportation development in Beijing issued bythe Municipal Commission of Transport.

　　北京市交通運(yùn)輸委員會(huì)發(fā)布的最新項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃報(bào)告，北京將在未來(lái)五年內(nèi)，在三環(huán)和四環(huán)之間建設(shè)打通3.5環(huán)來(lái)緩解交通壓力。

　　As early as 2011, Chaoyang District mentioned thepossibility of building Miyun highway, the secondphase of Guangqu road, Chajia East Road and theelevated road to link to the new International Exhibition during the 12th five-year period, withthe aim of building an additional ring between the 3rd and 4th rings in Beijing.

　　早在2011年，朝陽(yáng)區(qū)就曾介紹，“十二五”期間將建設(shè)京密高速公路、廣渠路二期、茶家東路、新國(guó)展聯(lián)絡(luò)線等多條道路，目標(biāo)是在三、四環(huán)之間再建立一條的環(huán)狀主干路。

　　During 13th Five-Year period, the 3.5 ring of Beijing is projected to become a reality.According to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport, before building the 3.5 ring road, itis first necessary to complete an expressway network in Beijing. Beijing will build 28kilometers of new expressway in five years. New roads will be also built around key areas suchas the administrative sub-center and the new airport.

　　在“十三五”期間，北京的3.5環(huán)項(xiàng)目將成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。據(jù)北京市交通運(yùn)輸委員會(huì)介紹，在建成3.5環(huán)之前，首先需要在北京打通快速路網(wǎng)。北京市將會(huì)在五年內(nèi)新增約28公里長(zhǎng)的高速路，而其主要是圍繞支撐北京行政副中心、新機(jī)場(chǎng)及重點(diǎn)功能區(qū)等進(jìn)行建設(shè)。

　　At the same time, Beijing will continue to build numerous subway lines including Line 17, thefirst phase of Line 19, Line 3, Line 12, Pinggu Line and the APM light rail to serve the CBD area.

　　同時(shí)，北京市將新建多條地鐵線路。其中包括17號(hào)線、19號(hào)線一期、平谷線3條軌道。此外，APM輕軌的建設(shè)也將會(huì)為CBD區(qū)域服務(wù)。
