Last month, for the first time in the local industry's history, the Shanghai Changning District Homemaking Service Association released a 50-item code of conduct for housekeepers and nannies.
上個月上海長寧區(qū)家協(xié)發(fā)布了50條保姆行為守則,這是當?shù)厥状纬雠_保姆行業(yè)標準。
上海出的新規(guī)針對的是家政服務員(domestic workers),俗稱保姆(nanny)。不符合規(guī)定的將被認定為“黑保姆”。這些“黑保姆”評判標準包括有犯罪記錄(having a criminal record),履歷和健康證、上崗證、身份證等作假(providing employers with false information, such as on resumes, health records or fake ID cards),為漲工資而違約(break a contract to secure a pay rise),向雇主借款(ask to borrow money from employers)等。
新入職保姆必須有當?shù)嘏沙鏊鼍叩臒o犯罪記錄證明(proof of a clean criminal record via documents issued by the police department of their home region)。
二孩政策的實施和人口老齡化的加劇促成了保姆市場的繁榮。然而震驚全國的“6.22”保姆縱火案的背后折射出了保姆市場的混亂、行業(yè)管理的滯后。業(yè)內(nèi)人士建議大家選擇可靠的家政機構,因為他們選用員工都有試用期(probation period)。此外,業(yè)內(nèi)人士也不建議人們從網(wǎng)上找保姆(looking for a domestic worker online),因為很多網(wǎng)站都不會去核實求職者的信息(verify the job seeker's information)。
