According to the agreement of Chinese and Korea and with the joint effort of relevant department, the two sides decided to hold a handover ceremony at 7:30a.m 28th, March. The handover ceremony is about the Korea give back the remains of Chinese people's Volunteer Army martyrs in Inchon International Airport. There are about 437 bodies and relics after confirmed.

根據(jù)中韓雙方達成的共識，經(jīng)過相關(guān)部門共同努力，當(dāng)?shù)貢r間3月28日上午7時30分，中韓雙方在韓國仁川國際機場，舉行在韓中國人民志愿軍烈士遺骸交接儀式。確認交接437具志愿軍烈士遺骸以及相關(guān)遺物

These martyrs are sacrifice in the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea, and they are buried scattered towards the Korean peninsula of "the military demarcation line." in recent years, they are explored and discriminated by the South Korean and then buried centralized in the South Korea gyeonggi paju cemetery. In June, 2013, during the visit of South Korean President Park Geun-hye, he proposed to Chinese leaders to transfer the martyr’s remains in Korean. With the joint care and promotion of Chinese and South Korea leaders, and the consultations of two rounds relevant departments, they confirm the final determination of the handover matters. On December 19, 2013, both sides started the excavating work for the remains of martyrs; on March 17, 2014, both sides jointly implemented the coffin burial activities for the remains. The Chinese delegation attended and held a memorial ceremony. After careful preparation, the two sides formally implemented handover ceremony today.

這些烈士是抗美援朝戰(zhàn)爭時期犧牲并散葬在朝鮮半島“軍事分界線”以南，近年來，經(jīng)韓方發(fā)掘、鑒別后集中安葬在韓國京畿道坡州墓地。2013年6月，韓國總統(tǒng)樸槿惠訪華期間，向中國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人提出移交在韓志愿軍烈士遺骸，在中韓兩國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人共同關(guān)心和推動下，經(jīng)過雙方相關(guān)部門多次磋商，最終確定交接相關(guān)事宜。2013年12月19日，雙方啟動烈士遺骸起掘工作;2014年3月17日，雙方共同實施了遺骸裝殮入棺活動，中方派團出席并舉行了悼念儀式，經(jīng)過認真準備，今天雙方正式實施交接。

交接儀式結(jié)束后，中韓雙方現(xiàn)場向媒體發(fā)布消息。根據(jù)中韓雙方共識，雙方將建立長效合作機制，對今后在韓國發(fā)掘的志愿軍烈士遺骸，于每年清明節(jié)前協(xié)商交接。
