From Oct 30 to Nov 30, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission will jointly inspect irregularities of real estate developers and agents on commercial property sales.
國家發(fā)展改革委和住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部將從10月30日至11月30日對房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)和房地產(chǎn)中介機構(gòu)商品房銷售價格行為進行聯(lián)合檢查。
此次聯(lián)合檢查將重點查處虛構(gòu)房屋銷售信息(fabricating information on housing sales)、發(fā)布虛假廣告(publishing fake advertisements)、操縱市場價格(manipulating market price)、捂盤惜售(hoarding unsold homes)等行為。
各地房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控政策(policy to regulate and control the real estate market)相繼出臺以來,我國房地產(chǎn)市場持續(xù)降溫。國家統(tǒng)計局的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,9月份,全國70個主要城市當(dāng)中,有44個城市的房價同比上漲(home prices in 44 cities rose month on month in September),比8月份少了2個。
今年8月以來,國內(nèi)有不少城市相繼出臺支持住房租賃市場(the residential leasing market)的舉措,北京、上海、沈陽、南京、杭州、合肥、廈門、鄭州、武漢、廣州、佛山、肇慶、成都等13個城市開展利用集體建設(shè)用地(collectively owned land parcels)建設(shè)租賃住房試點,并制定了試點方案。
