Newspaper JoongAng Ilbo reported that the ban, originally put in place earlier this year to punish Seoul for the deployment of the US-built Thaad missile defence system, was back in full force as of Wednesday. South Korean media reported the ban had been eased in late November ahead of South Korean President Moon Jae-in’s visit to Beijing last week.

Cosmetics maker AmorePacific dropped as much as 3.5 per cent, Cosmax fell as much as 2.9 per cent and Korea Kolmar dipped as much as 1.1 per cent. Tourism companies also felt the brunt of the reported renewed ban with HanaTour down 2.1 per cent and casino and hotel operator Paradise down as much as 5 per cent.
美妝生產(chǎn)商愛茉莉太平洋(Amore Pacific)股價一度下跌3.5%,Cosmax股價下跌2.9%,Korea Kolmar股價下跌1.1%。中方恢復禁令的消息也給旅游企業(yè)造成嚴重沖擊,HanaTour的股價下跌2.1%,賭場和酒店運營商Paradise股價下跌5%。
The benchmark Kospi was 0.1 per cent higher in Seoul on Wednesday.
基準的韓國綜合指數(shù)(Kospi)周三在首爾上漲0.1%。
