俄羅斯科學(xué)家研制出人參巧克力

A postgraduate student from Russia's Far Eastern Federal University, Maya Razgonova, has created achocolate highly enriched with imaginatively derivedginseng extract.

俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東聯(lián)邦大學(xué)一名名叫邁婭·拉茲戈諾娃的研究生，近日制出了一種富含人參提取物的巧克力。

This healthy sweet's creator used a "supercritical extraction" technology with the help of highly pressurized carbon dioxide gas to maximally preserve ginseng's biologically active substances within chocolate.

這款健康甜品的創(chuàng)作者使用“超臨界萃取”的技術(shù)，通過(guò)高度加壓的二氧化碳?xì)怏w，使人參里的生物活性物質(zhì)能在巧克力里最大程度地得以保留。

The ginseng used is a wild form of the plant found in Primorsky Krai.

該巧克力所使用的是濱海邊疆區(qū)的野生人參。

A single tile of the chocolate contains a daily dose of ginsenosides and other nutrients withimmune-stimulant, antioxidant and energy-boosting effects.

一塊巧克力中含有一天所需人參皂苷的劑量及其它一些具有免疫激活物質(zhì)、抗氧化和補(bǔ)充能量效果的營(yíng)養(yǎng)素。

The chocolate also includes pine nuts and an edible gold leaf.

此外，這種巧克力中還含有松仁以及一片可食用的金葉子。

According to the university, work on the chocolate is being finalized, and the healthy sweet may eventually become one of Primosky Krai's distinctive brands.

遠(yuǎn)東聯(lián)邦大學(xué)表示，這款巧克力的研制工作即將完成，而這一健康甜品最終可能會(huì)成為濱海邊疆區(qū)的特色招牌之一。
