我國(guó)13部門聯(lián)合出手整治騷擾電話

China has launched a national campaign targeting nuisance calls, according to a directive published last Monday.

根據(jù)上周一發(fā)布的一份行動(dòng)方案，我國(guó)已啟動(dòng)一項(xiàng)針對(duì)騷擾電話的全國(guó)性的行動(dòng)。

The campaign aims to consolidate law enforcement and technology to ensure people receive significantly fewer nuisance calls, according to the directive published on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's website.

根據(jù)工業(yè)和信息化部官網(wǎng)網(wǎng)站發(fā)布的這份行動(dòng)方案，該行動(dòng)旨在強(qiáng)化執(zhí)法和技術(shù)，確保困擾民眾的騷擾電話數(shù)量大幅減少。

Nuisance calls cover a wide range of unwanted or unsolicited calls, including prank calls and telemarketing calls.

騷擾電話涉及范圍很廣，包括惡作劇電話和電信營(yíng)銷電話在內(nèi)的不明來(lái)電均屬于騷擾電話。

 

Led by the ministry, 13 central-level authorities, including the Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme People's Court, will oversee the campaign, which will run until December of next year.

該行動(dòng)由工信部牽頭，公安部和最高人民法院等十三個(gè)部委將參與行動(dòng)，行動(dòng)將持續(xù)至明年12月。

Authorities will crack down on acts of illegally obtaining personal information, the directive added.

該行動(dòng)方案還指出，當(dāng)局將嚴(yán)厲打擊非法獲取個(gè)人信息的行為。

Local telecommunication administrators are required to step up management over voice communication services provided by telecom and internet companies, and heighten oversight over call centers.

地方電信管理人員被要求加強(qiáng)對(duì)電信和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司提供的語(yǔ)音通信服務(wù)的管理，并加強(qiáng)對(duì)呼叫中心的監(jiān)督。

Telecom operators also need to better supervise individual and corporate user behavior by drafting contracts that clearly spell out punishments to be meted out to those engaged in nuisance-call activities, according to the directive.

該行動(dòng)方案稱，電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商還需要通過(guò)起草合同來(lái)更好地監(jiān)督個(gè)人和企業(yè)用戶的行為。這些合同要明確規(guī)定對(duì)撥打騷擾電話的人的處罰措施。
