國(guó)內(nèi)首個(gè)區(qū)塊鏈試驗(yàn)區(qū)在海南省設(shè)立

China's first blockchain pilot zone was launched in Hainan province on Oct 8.

10月8日，我國(guó)首個(gè)區(qū)塊鏈試驗(yàn)區(qū)在海南省設(shè)立。

Based in the Hainan Resort Software Community (RSC), the zone includes a blockchain research institute, which officially opened Monday and was jointly established by RSC and the University College Oxford Blockchain Research Center at Oxford University.

試驗(yàn)區(qū)位于海南生態(tài)軟件園，區(qū)內(nèi)包括由海南生態(tài)軟件園和牛津大學(xué)大學(xué)學(xué)院區(qū)塊鏈研究中心共建的區(qū)塊鏈研究院，該研究院于周一正式成立。

A blockchain institutional innovation center will also be launched by RSC in collaboration with Renmin University.

海南生態(tài)軟件園還將牽手人民大學(xué)，共建區(qū)塊鏈制度創(chuàng)新中心。

"The pilot zone will commit to attracting blockchain talent around the world and exploring the application of blockchain technology in areas such as cross-border trade, inclusive finance and credit rating," said Wang Jing, head of Hainan's provincial department of industry and information technology.

海南省工信廳廳長(zhǎng)王靜稱：“該試驗(yàn)區(qū)將致力于吸引全球的區(qū)塊鏈人才;探索區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在跨境貿(mào)易、普惠金融、信用評(píng)價(jià)等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。”

 

She said the pilot zone would deepen cooperation with top research institutions across the globe and key players in the blockchain industry.

她表示，試驗(yàn)區(qū)將深化與全球頂級(jí)研究機(jī)構(gòu)以及區(qū)塊鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)鍵參與者的合作。

The blockchain is a digital ledger system that uses sophisticated cryptographic techniques to create a permanent, unchangeable and transparent record of exchanges to trace transactions.

區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)且环N數(shù)字分類帳系統(tǒng)，它使用復(fù)雜的加密技術(shù)，創(chuàng)建永久的、不可更改的且透明的交換記錄，以跟蹤每筆交易。

The technology now has a wide range of applications in China, including in finance, credit reporting, smart manufacturing and supply-chain management, according to China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

據(jù)中華人民共和國(guó)工業(yè)和信息化部透露，該技術(shù)目前在中國(guó)有廣泛的應(yīng)用，包括金融、信用報(bào)告、智能制造和供應(yīng)鏈管理。
