熱鬧了! CNN起訴特朗普違反憲法!

CNN has filed a lawsuit against President Trump and several of his aides, seeking the immediate restoration of chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta's access to the White House.

美國有線電視新聞網(wǎng)(CNN)已對總統(tǒng)特朗普和他的數(shù)名助手提起訴訟，要求立即恢復(fù)首席白宮記者吉姆·阿科斯塔進(jìn)入白宮采訪的權(quán)利。

The lawsuit is a response to the White House's suspension of Acosta's press pass, known as a Secret Service "hard pass," hours after he engaged in a contentious back-and-forth with President Trump.

此前，阿科斯塔和特朗普唇槍舌戰(zhàn)數(shù)小時后，白宮暫停了阿科斯塔的記者通行證，即特勤局簽發(fā)的白宮長期通行證，CNN的訴訟正是對此舉做出的回應(yīng)。

The suit alleges that Acosta and CNN's First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated by the ban.

訟詞指出，白宮對阿科斯塔的禁令侵犯了美國憲法第一和第五修正案賦予阿科斯塔和CNN的權(quán)利。

The suit was filed in US District Court in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday morning.

該訴訟案已于本周二上午提交給美國華盛頓特區(qū)地方法院。

"This is not a step we have taken lightly. But the White House action is unprecedented," CNN Worldwide president Jeff Zucker said in an internal memo to staff.

In a statement on Tuesday morning, CNN said it is seeking a preliminary injunction so that Acosta can return to the White House right away, and a ruling from the court preventing the White House from revoking Acosta's pass in the future.

在周二上午的一則聲明中，CNN表示，他們正尋求初步禁令，以便阿科斯塔可以立即返回白宮，并希望得到法院的裁決，以阻止白宮在未來撤銷阿科斯塔的通行證。
