成都設(shè)計(jì)師打造《尋繡記》 喜獲中國(guó)“最美的書”

Xun Xiu Ji, a book which literally means "Looking for Embroidery", has been named China’s "Most Beautiful Book" together with 24 other books from 20 publishing houses from across the country.

《尋繡記》，字面意思是尋找刺繡，與全國(guó)各地20家出版社的24本圖書一道，榮膺本年度“最美的書”稱號(hào)。

The 25 books will represent China to compete in the annual "Most Beautiful Book in the World" competition to be held in Leipzig, Germany, next year.

這25本書將代表中國(guó)參加明年在德國(guó)萊比錫舉辦的一年一度的“世界最美的書”評(píng)選。

Annual selection of China’s "Most Beautiful Book" started in 2003 by the Shanghai News and Press Bureau. Since then, 321 books named China’s "Most Beautiful Book" have competed in Leipzig and 19 have won the "Most Beautiful Book in the World."

2003年，上海新聞出版局開始評(píng)選中國(guó)“最美的書”。十多年來，先后有321種來自中國(guó)的“最美的書”亮相德國(guó)萊比錫，有19種榮獲“世界最美的書”獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

Published by the Chengdu Times Press in Sichuan province, Xun Xiu Ji tells the story of Zhang Shulin, a woman writer from Central China’s Hubei province, spending nearly 20 years traveling in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Hebei provinces to collect nearly 200,000 pieces of embroidery in the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911) and the early 20th century.

《尋繡記》由四川成都時(shí)代出版社出版，講述的是中國(guó)中部湖北武漢女作家張書林花了近20年時(shí)間在云南、貴州、四川、湖南、山西、陜西、河北省份收集的近200000件明清時(shí)期(1368至1911年)和20世紀(jì)初的刺繡作品。

The book is unique partly as it has real embroidery works inside.

這本書的獨(dú)特之處在于里面有真實(shí)的刺繡作品。
