無痛分娩來了! 全國開展分娩鎮(zhèn)痛試點(diǎn)!

China's National Health Commission has released a work plan for the nationwide promotion of pain relief during labor and delivery.

中國國家衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)日前發(fā)布了在全國推廣分娩鎮(zhèn)痛的工作計(jì)劃。

The three-year plan aims to make fewer mothers turn to C-sections to escape unbearable labor pain, thus increasing rates of natural childbirth and lowering rates of cesarean delivery.

這項(xiàng)為期三年的計(jì)劃，旨在減少因不能耐受分娩疼痛而選擇剖腹產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)婦數(shù)量，從而提高自然分娩率、降低剖腹產(chǎn)率。

The country's lack of pain-free natural labor was brought into the spotlight in August last year, when a 26-year-old pregnant woman in Yulin, Shaanxi, jumped to her death in a maternity ward partly because she was in unbearable pain.

去年8月，陜西省榆林市一名26歲孕婦從產(chǎn)科病房跳樓身亡，部分原因是難忍疼痛。事件發(fā)生后，我國無痛自然分娩率低成為人們的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。

A number of hospitals will be chosen around the country to pilot labor pain relief services between 2018 and 2020, before they are widely promoted, according to the work plan.

根據(jù)這項(xiàng)工作計(jì)劃，2018-2020年，我國將在全國范圍內(nèi)遴選出一定數(shù)量的醫(yī)院試點(diǎn)分娩鎮(zhèn)痛服務(wù)，之后進(jìn)行大范圍推廣。

By the end of 2020, more than 40% of all deliveries in the pilot hospitals will be completed with the help of spinal or epidural anesthesia, or a combination of both.

2020年年底前，試點(diǎn)醫(yī)院在腰麻、硬膜外麻醉和腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉輔助下進(jìn)行的分娩占比將達(dá)40%以上。

Painless delivery is yet to become common in China due to several factors, including a shortage of anesthetists at hospitals and widespread myths surrounding labor pain relief methods.

受醫(yī)院麻醉人才短缺、一些有關(guān)分娩鎮(zhèn)痛方法的謠言廣泛傳播等多種因素的影響，無痛分娩目前在我國尚未普及。

The commission also released two norms attached to the work plan, one regarding labor pain relief operation procedures and the other in analgesia technical management.

此外，國家衛(wèi)健委還發(fā)布了該工作計(jì)劃附帶的兩項(xiàng)規(guī)范，一項(xiàng)是分娩鎮(zhèn)痛技術(shù)操作規(guī)范，另一項(xiàng)是分娩鎮(zhèn)痛技術(shù)管理規(guī)范。
