賽場(chǎng)遞國(guó)旗？抄近道？ 中國(guó)田協(xié)通報(bào)處罰決定

The "flag-handing volunteer" incident that attracted much attention in the 2018 Suzhou Taihu Marathon has now received an official response. The race’s organizer lost its graded qualification in marathon competitions as a punishment, as decided by the China Athletics Association on Sunday.

2018年蘇州太湖馬拉松賽上備受關(guān)注的“志愿者遞國(guó)旗”事件，現(xiàn)已得到官方回應(yīng)。周日，中國(guó)田徑協(xié)會(huì)決定，取消該舉辦方參加中國(guó)田徑協(xié)會(huì)馬拉松賽事等級(jí)評(píng)定資格，以示懲罰。

The Chinese marathon runner He Yinli came in second after she was knocked out of her stride, interrupted by volunteers who insisted on handing the national flag to her before she reached the finish line in the Suzhou Taihu Marathon on Nov 18, which provoked a heated public controversy.

Also in Sunday’s decision, the organizing committees of Nanning International Marathon and the Shenzhen Nanshan Half-Marathon were additionally penalized at the 2018 Marathon Special Media Communication Meeting over their respective incidents of violations.

同一天，南寧國(guó)際馬拉松比賽組委會(huì)和深圳南山半程馬拉松賽組委會(huì)也因各自的違規(guī)行為在“2018年馬拉松專題媒體溝通會(huì)”上受到了處罰。

In the 13th Nanning International Marathon, an Ethiopian runner who reached the finish line first was suddenly dragged to a stop by an organizing committee staff member immediately after he crossed the line.

In the Shenzhen Nanshan Half-Marathon, more than 200 runners cut through a wooded area in order to shave at least 1 kilometer off their race.

These organizing committees were also requested to submit a written rectification report to the Chinese Athletics Association within a prescribed time limit.

本次會(huì)議中還要求這些組委會(huì)在限期內(nèi)向中國(guó)田協(xié)遞交書面整改報(bào)告。

The decision was based on the management measures for Chinese marathons and related sports events in order to strictly discipline violators and maintain a fair competition.

該決定是根據(jù)《中國(guó)馬拉松及相關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)賽事管理辦法》做出的，目的是為了嚴(yán)懲違規(guī)者，維護(hù)公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。
