蘋果將在德國下架兩款iPhone

Apple is pausing sales of some older iPhones inGermany during a patent fight with chipmakerQualcomm.

在與芯片制造商高通的專利戰(zhàn)中，蘋果暫停了部分舊款iPhone在德國的銷售。

On Dec. 20, the District Court of Munich found thatApple infringed Qualcomm's technology for powersavings in smartphones and ruled that the iPhonemaker must halt sales of the device in Germany, according to Qualcomm's release.

高通的新聞稿稱，12月20日，慕尼黑地方法院裁定，蘋果侵犯了高通的智能手機節(jié)能技術(shù)，并判定這家iPhone制造商必須停止在德國銷售該設(shè)備。

Apple said in a statement at the time that it plans to appeal the ruling, with the aim ofdelaying -- and eventually overturning -- the court's injunction against sales.

蘋果當時在一份聲明中表示，計劃對這一裁決提出上訴，目的是推遲并最終推翻該法院對蘋果手機的銷售禁令。

 

 

Apple said, though, that during the appeals process, it wouldn't sell the older iPhone 7 andiPhone 8 at its 15 retail stores in Germany.

不過蘋果也表示，在上訴過程期間，不會在德國的15家零售店銷售iPhone 7和iPhone 8。

Last Thursday, Qualcomm made the sales ban official by posting 1.34 billion euros in bondscovering potential damages incurred by Apple should the judgment be overturned oramended on appeal.

無論最終的判決是否會將原有的結(jié)論推翻或更改，為彌補由蘋果公司侵權(quán)對其帶來的損失，高通在上周四發(fā)行了13.4億歐元的擔保債券，正式宣布了這一銷售禁令。

The recent iPhone XS models and iPhone XR will still be for sale, Apple said in December. Andat the time, it said all iPhone models would still be available through its carriers and third-party retailers in 6,000 German locations.

蘋果在去年12月表示，最新推出的iPhone XS機型和iPhone XR仍將繼續(xù)發(fā)售。當時該公司表示，所有iPhone型號仍將通過其在德國6000個地點的運營商和第三方零售商進行銷售。
