生物多樣性大會通過'昆明宣言'

The Kunming Declaration was adopted Wednesday at the ongoing 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) in Kunming, Southwest China's Yunnan province.

10月13日，聯(lián)合國《生物多樣性公約》第十五次締約方大會第一階段會議正式通過"昆明宣言"。

昆明宣言"是一個政治性宣言，是此次大會的主要成果。

The declaration commits to ensuring the development, adoption and implementation of an effective post-2020 global biodiversity framework to reverse the current loss of biodiversity and ensure that it is put on a path to recovery by 2030 at the latest, toward the full realization of the 2050 Vision of "Living in Harmony with Nature."

"昆明宣言"承諾，確保制定、通過和實施一個有效的"2020年后全球生物多樣性框架"，以扭轉當前生物多樣性喪失趨勢，并確保最遲在2030年使生物多樣性走上恢復之路，進而全面實現(xiàn)人與自然和諧共生的2050年愿景。
