中國(guó)代表呼吁和平解決國(guó)際爭(zhēng)端

China's permanent representative to the United Nations, Zhang Jun, on Monday called on all parties concerned to seek "reasonable solutions" to the Ukraine issue. "We welcome and encourage every effort for a diplomatic solution, and call on all parties concerned to continue dialogue and consultation, and seek reasonable solutions to address each other's concerns on the basis of equality and mutual respect," Zhang told the Security Council emergency meeting on Ukraine.

中國(guó)常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表張軍2月21日在安理會(huì)舉行的審議烏克蘭問題緊急會(huì)議上發(fā)言。張軍說，中方歡迎并鼓勵(lì)一切致力于推動(dòng)外交解決的努力，呼吁有關(guān)各方繼續(xù)開展對(duì)話協(xié)商，在平等和相互尊重的基礎(chǔ)上尋求解決彼此關(guān)切的合理方案。

"China has been paying close attention to the latest developments of the situation in Ukraine. We have fully elaborated our position at the previous two meetings of the Security Council," said Zhang, noting all parties concerned must exercise restraint and avoid any action that may fuel tensions.
張軍說，中方高度關(guān)注烏克蘭局勢(shì)的最新發(fā)展。中方已在安理會(huì)前兩次會(huì)議上全面闡述了立場(chǎng)。當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下，有關(guān)各方都要保持克制，避免任何可能加劇緊張局勢(shì)的行動(dòng)。

The envoy underlined the current situation in Ukraine "is a result of many complex factors. China always makes its own position according to the merits of the matter itself. We believe that all countries should solve international disputes by peaceful means in line with the purposes and principles of the UN Charter."
張軍說，烏克蘭局勢(shì)發(fā)展到目前狀況，是一系列復(fù)雜因素共同作用的結(jié)果。中國(guó)一貫按照事情本身的是非曲直決定自身立場(chǎng)，主張各國(guó)根據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)憲章的宗旨和原則，和平解決國(guó)際爭(zhēng)端。
