兩部門擬修訂鼓勵外商投資產(chǎn)業(yè)目錄

China will further expand the industry catalog of sectors encouraging foreign investment, authorities said. The new list will add 238 more items, while up to 114 existing ones will be modified, according to a notice issued by China's National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce. The increase is particularly relevant to items related to manufacturing, producer services and those in the central and western regions.

國家發(fā)改委、商務(wù)部近日公布《鼓勵外商投資產(chǎn)業(yè)目錄(2022年版)(征求意見稿)》，持續(xù)鼓勵外資投向制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)，持續(xù)鼓勵外資投向中西部和東北地區(qū)。《鼓勵外商投資產(chǎn)業(yè)目錄（2022年版）（征求意見稿）》與2020年版相比，增加238條，修改114條（主要是擴(kuò)展原條目涵蓋領(lǐng)域）。

Foreign direct investment into the Chinese mainland in terms of actual use expanded 25.6 percent year-on-year to 379.87 billion yuan in the first quarter.
商務(wù)部數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年一季度全國實(shí)際使用外資3798.7億元人民幣，同比增長25.6%。
