你如何減輕壓力？

現(xiàn)在生活節(jié)奏越來(lái)越快，家庭和工作等各方面的壓力有時(shí)候會(huì)壓得我們喘不過(guò)氣來(lái)。為了身心健康，很多人嘗試用音樂(lè)、運(yùn)動(dòng)、食物等辦法減壓，你如何減壓呢？

1. I've been really stressed. It's the end of the year and I've got so much stuff to do! I feel like I'mdrowning in work.

我近來(lái)壓力非常大，到年底了，要做的事情很多，我感覺(jué)我要溺死在工作里了。

2. The stress is seriously affecting my life! I can't sleep, I don't have much of an appetite and my husband says I've been kind of short tempered.

壓力嚴(yán)重影響了我的生活，我睡不著，胃口也不好。我老公說(shuō)我近來(lái)脾氣也很急躁。

3. I've tried ginseng, herbal teas ... to deal with my stress, and nothing seems to work.
