　　Success and failure touch upon anyone's life, a topic of discussion, it marks the value and position in one's life. Anybody longs for success, seeks and yearns for it. It means fine activity, a flourishing one, it embodies value, it implies getting admiration, gaining respect. However, failure is also unavoidable. All things don't end to people's expectations, everyone's affair runs into difficulties, setbacks, takes a fall. This is not terrible at all, it must turn into success after a stumbling block.

　　Consequently we have to meet failure head on, thus the common saying ''Failure is the mother of success''. Failure is the compass on our road to reach for success. When we try to reach our target, it always reminds us to pay attention to adjusting our pace, our plan and method. Thereby makes us speed up when we approach our target. Failure is only a result of a process. To experience failure and success is praiseworthy!

　　成功與失敗是每個(gè)人一生都涉及到、談?wù)摰降脑掝}，它標(biāo)志著人生的價(jià)值和定位，成功是每一個(gè)人都渴望的、追求的、向往的，它意味著事業(yè)的美好，人生的欣欣向榮，人生價(jià)值的體現(xiàn);意味著獲得贊美，贏得尊敬。然而，失敗也是不可避免的。所有的事情不會(huì)都盡如人意，困難、挫折、跌跤的事人人都會(huì)遇到。這并不可怕，它不應(yīng)該成為我們邁向成功之路的絆腳石。

　　因此我們要正視失敗，常言道“失敗乃成功之母”?？梢哉f(shuō)，失敗對(duì)我們而言是走向成功道路上的指南針，當(dāng)我們?cè)噲D達(dá)到某個(gè)目標(biāo)的時(shí)候，它時(shí)刻提醒著我們注意調(diào)整步伐、計(jì)劃和方法。從而使我們以更快的速度接近目標(biāo)。失敗只是過(guò)程而非結(jié)果。失敗的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)一樣可貴!
