日常英語(yǔ) COVAX 新冠肺炎疫苗實(shí)施計(jì)劃

10月8日，中國(guó)同全球疫苗免疫聯(lián)盟簽署協(xié)議，正式加入“新冠肺炎疫苗實(shí)施計(jì)劃”。這是中國(guó)秉持人類(lèi)衛(wèi)生健康共同體理念、履行自身承諾推動(dòng)疫苗成為全球公共產(chǎn)品的一個(gè)重要舉措。

China signed an agreement with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, officially joining COVAX on Oct 8. This is an important step China has taken to uphold the concept of a shared community of health for all and to honor its commitment of turning COVID-19 vaccines into a global public good.

中國(guó)新冠疫苗研發(fā)完成并投入使用后，將作為全球公共產(chǎn)品，為實(shí)現(xiàn)疫苗在發(fā)展中國(guó)家的可及性和可擔(dān)負(fù)性作出中國(guó)貢獻(xiàn)。

COVID-19 vaccine development and deployment in China, when available, will be made a global public good. This will be China’s contribution to ensuring vaccine accessibility and affordability in developing countries.

中方秉持人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體理念，愿同各國(guó)分享防控有益做法，開(kāi)展藥物和疫苗聯(lián)合研發(fā)，并向出現(xiàn)疫情擴(kuò)散的國(guó)家提供力所能及的援助。

Guided by the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind, China will be more than ready to share our good practices, conduct joint research and development of drugs and vaccines, and provide assistance where we can to countries hit by the growing outbreak.
