sarah: how are you doing, mary? why do you look so stressed out?
mary: i’m going crazy studying for the toefl exam, my american culture test, and my english literature class.
sarah: what is that all for?
mary: i plan to go to the us to further my education next year. so i have to pass all these exams in order to be accepted by good universities.
sarah: you are such a diligent student. but hey, health is better than wealth, ok?
mary: what do you mean?
sarah: come on. you look so exhausted. you need some more sleep and definitely more nutritious food.
mary: that is true. i only sleep about 4 hours a day and i don’t remember last time i ate.
sarah: and mary, i’m afraid that i have to tell you: you are breaking out.
mary: what? … oh no! all these new pimples!
sarah: it’s all because of stress. maybe you need set aside some time to relax happening for yourself.
mary: yeah, i guess i should lie down on the bed and get some rest.
sarah: that’s a good idea! and go back to studying after you get some sleep…. mary?
mary: zzzzzzzz ….
