Receptionist: Good morning, Anderson Consulting.
Henry:   Hello. My name is Henry Wang. I would like some information about your Agency. Perhaps you can help me.
Receptionist: I'll try. What would you like to know?
Henry:   Does your agency work by appointment only or can I drop in any time during the week?
Receptionist: Our agency works by appointment . We place applicants in high-level positions. Would you like to make an appointment to see an employment counselor at our agency?
Henry:   Yes, I would. Thank you.
Receptionist: What type of position are you looking for?
Henry:   I have a Master's degree in computer science and I have three years of experience in the field.
Receptionist: Fine. Can you come on Thursday at 9: 45 in the morning?
Henry:   Ok. That's perfect. I'll be there. And what's your name, please?
Receptionist: Sophia.
Henry: Ok, then, Sophia, I'll show up in your office at 9: 45 in the morning. Thank you and have a good day.
Receptionist: You too. Goodbye.
