As is shown in the picture，the parents are both walking on tiptoe with shoes in their hands for fear that they would disturb their daughter who is preparing for the upcoming College Entrance Examination．

While a quiet environment benefits students a lot when they go over their lessons，over quietness may turn out to be pressure on students，putting them in a sense of discomfort and insecurity．In my opinion，both students and parents can contribute to creating a relaxing atmosphere at home before the exams．To begin with，students themselves should take a positive attitude towards the exams and gain confidence from reasonable study plans．They should also learn to concentrate on all kinds of surroundings for there may not always be someone who is willing to provide such a good environment for them．As for parents they may well act as usual，eliminating unnecessary concerns about their children．There is absolutely no need for them to tailor all activities to the needs of their children，though turning down the volume of the TV or the radio is pretty acceptable．Last but not least，family members can sometimes sit together and talk about interesting topics other than study so that they can relieve the pressure of having their full attention focused on the coming event．

All in all，important as the College Entrance Examination is，we can still be free from excessive burdens and enjoy everyday life．
