As we all know, manyteenagers are living unhealthily now. Some of them get into bad habits,which are so harmful that many teenagers suffer from various illnesses, such asheart disease, being overweight, and near-sightedness.
Therefore, we teenagers should change these badhabits and live a healthy lifestyle. To live healthily, we should first have abalanced diet. That is, we should abandon fast food and snacks, and eat morefresh fruit and vegetables. Second, we should get rid of the bad habit ofstaying up to make sure we have enough sleep every day. Last but not least, weshould take exercise regularly, which will strengthen our body.
