As we all know, smart phones arebecoming more and more popular and they are playing an important role in ourdaily life. There is no doubt that we have benefited a lot from smart phones．Wecan read news，watchfilms，takephotos，chatwith friends，keepin touch with our relatives，or play games toget relaxed．

But every coin has two sides．Smartphones also have bad effects on people．They are verycommon for young people to lower down their heads to check on smart phones．Theydon't have face to face communication with others，which is notgood．What'sworse，moreand more students are so addicted to playing games using their smart phonesthat their grades have gone down．

As for me， I think weshould make good use of smart phones， which is just atool， notthe main part of our life．
