A: I need to speak with a manager!
B: I’m sorry, sir. But all of our managers are busy at the moment. Would you please have a seat in the waiting room?
A: I don’t want to wait here all day! I’ve got things to do!
B: I understand, sir. I will let you know as soon as a manager is able to talk with you.
面對生氣的顧客
A：我要見經(jīng)理。
B：對不起，先生。所有的經(jīng)理這會都忙著呢。請您到接待這到稍坐，好嗎？
A：我可不想在這等一天。我還有事呢。
B：我明白，先生。哪位經(jīng)理一有空，我會立即告訴您。
