看起來(lái)氣色不太好，為什么不請(qǐng)假呢
 
來(lái)聽(tīng)今天的講解:
 
A: You don't look too well, maybe you should take the day off from work.
 
你看起來(lái)氣色可不太好，也許你應(yīng)該請(qǐng)一天假。
 
B: I couldn't do that. I have an important meeting to go to today.
 
我不能請(qǐng)假，今天我有個(gè)很重要的會(huì)議要參加。
 
A: Do you feel okay?
 
你覺(jué)得還好嗎？
 
B: Not really. After a twelve-hour flight, I've got jetlag and on top of that, I think I've also got the flu.
 
不怎么樣坐了12個(gè)鐘頭的飛機(jī)，時(shí)差還沒(méi)倒過(guò)來(lái)，更要命的是我覺(jué)得我還感冒了。
 
A: Why don't you call your secretary and tell her to reschedule the meeting? You should really get some rest, or you'll end up feeling even worse than you do now.
 
你為什么不給你的秘書(shū)打個(gè)電話(huà)，讓她重新安排你今天的會(huì)議呢？你應(yīng)該好好休息，否則過(guò)一會(huì)兒可能會(huì)比現(xiàn)在感覺(jué)更難受。
 
B: Could you feel my forehead and check to see if I have a fever?
 
你能不能摸摸我的額頭，看我是不是有點(diǎn)發(fā)燒？
 
A: You're really hot. Let me get you some medicine.
 
真的很熱，我去給你找點(diǎn)藥吧。
 
B: Okay. I'll stay home this morning and rest. But if I feel better in the afternoon, I'm going to go to the meeting.
 
好的，我今天上午就呆在家里休息了。不過(guò)如果我下午感覺(jué)好一點(diǎn)的話(huà)，我還得回去開(kāi)會(huì)。
