12. 新能源汽車(chē)

Subsidies will be provided on new-energy vehicles from 2013 to 2015 to help facilitate their promotion, the Ministry of Finance said earlier. Government organizations, public institutions and public transportation will be the key targets for the new policy. The subsidy standards will be rated according to basic price differences between new-energy automobiles and their traditional counterparts, but will decrease each year due to scale of production and level of technological progress. The key target regions will be mega-cities or city clusters, as they are under heavy pressure to save energy and cut emissions, for example the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster, the Yangtze River Delta area and the Pearl River Delta region.

財(cái)政部（Ministry of Finance）早前表示，從2013年到2015年，將對(duì)新能源汽車(chē)提供補(bǔ)貼，以幫助促進(jìn)其推廣。政府部門(mén)、公共機(jī)構(gòu)和公共交通將是新政策針對(duì)的主要對(duì)象。補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將按照新能源汽車(chē)和與其對(duì)應(yīng)的傳統(tǒng)車(chē)型的基本價(jià)格差來(lái)制定，但會(huì)依據(jù)每年的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和技術(shù)進(jìn)步程度而逐年遞減。主要目標(biāo)區(qū)域是大都市或城市群（city cluster），因?yàn)檫@些城市承受著巨大的節(jié)能減排壓力，例如北京—天津—河北城市群、長(zhǎng)江三角洲（the Yangtze River Delta）地區(qū)和珠江三角洲（the Pearl River Delta）地區(qū)。
