1.Get the ball rolling開始行動(dòng)
A：I think this is a perfect plan. Let‘s get the ball rolling！
B：I agree. Let‘s get into action.
A：我認(rèn)為這是個(gè)完美的計(jì)劃，我們開始行動(dòng)吧。
B：我同意，開始行動(dòng)吧。
2. How to beat our competition如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取勝
A： We need to study and figure out how to beat our competition.
B： Let‘s have a SWOT analysis.
A：我們得研究一下如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取勝。
B：我們做一下SWOT分析。
Notes： SWOT means Strength， Weakness， Opportunity and Threat.
注：SWOT的意思是能力，弱點(diǎn)，機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。
3.Kick－off meeting啟動(dòng)會(huì)
A： This is a kick－off meeting for the new program.
B： We want to make sure that we have a great start.
A：這是此項(xiàng)新項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng)會(huì)。
B：我們得保證有個(gè)好的開始。
4.Strike a plan做一個(gè)計(jì)劃
A： Let‘s strike a plan， and get the ball rolling.
B： We already have a proposal. Would you like to take a look？
A： Of course.
